Using the 4 supplied 13" skewers, thread on your meat & veggies, place in the slots, close the lid and tighten with O ring. The long 30" overall length means you can choose to hold it over a fire or place on a bbq. The raised steel framework allows you to place the gril l on a grill surface without the food touching the grill grate.
